Breaking Down Barriers: Islam's Vision of a United World
The Quran states, "O mankind, indeed We have created you from male and female and made you peoples and tribes that you may know one another. Indeed, the most noble of you in the sight of Allah is the most righteous of you. Indeed, Allah is Knowing and Acquainted." (Quran 49:13)
In Islam, national identity or ethnicity is not considered a primary aspect of a person's identity. Instead, the emphasis is on the universal brotherhood and sisterhood of all Muslims, regardless of their nationality, ethnicity, or race
Prophet Muhammad ﷺ says teach that all humans are equal and that the only distinction between people is based on their piety and good deeds, not their national or ethnic background.
So that's why we couldn't celebrate independence like day 14 august. Etc
